It as a ruby colour with shades tending to garnet. Ripe fruit bouquet, with fine scents of vanilla. Very soft and rounded on the palate and with a rich structure. The wine matches perfectly with roasted and grilled meats, medium and seasoned cheese, pasta with meat sauce, sausages, salame and ham.
